Accomplished author, artist, and former river guide Audrey Lee combines her talents to provide her audiences with realistic, breathtaking tales in a new and refreshing manner.  Her current work--Mystic Storytelling--depends on her ability to link to the realm of the spirit. Each story that she tells at a Profundidties Mystic Storytelling Event is unique and specially directed to each individual guest participant. It is a gift that links the spiritual in both the giver and the receiver with that of the universe. Each story has a special meaning and message to the hearer. And as such, the entire audience is able to reflect and gain insight from tales that come straight from the spirit.

In the words of esteemed Holy Man of the Teton Souix, Fools Crow, Audrey endeavors to become a "Hollow Bone" and allow the spirit to speak through her to seekers who wish to touch the profound within and around themselves. The terminology "Hollow Bone" was introduced to her by another healer and Hollow Bone--Saggio (please see link on Mystic Friends page)--at a healing meditation conducted in his home. With Saggio's encouragement, Audrey said "yes" to the gift of Mystic Storytelling offered to her by spirit.

Audrey believes that her success in any artistic endeavor is truly based on the ability to live out the uniqueness of ones created being, or authentic self; and, thereby, become a Hollow Bone to bridge the gap between oneself and the Profundities of spirit and soul, oneself and the Great Creator, oneself and the creation and, finally, oneself and other people.

Therefore, her quest as a successful artist and storyteller began with self-discovery. Her stories and art are a manifestation of that process. Shaman to the spirit within, she calls forth the Profundities and allows them to flow from deep within her subconscious and spirit. Her aim is to express these truths to others. As an artist, her purpose is to provoke thought, evoke emotion and invoke a response from her viewers. Once that connection is made, the phenomenon of the concept, story or piece of art ceases to be hers. The listener adds an alchemistic perception influenced by the depths of his or her own Profundities. The resultant stories and artwork then take on their own identity and have power and allure to create.

So, whatever message one might receive from the Profundities revealed from this process is a unique creation and cannot be wrong for the listener, viewer or participant.
